DOHA, 5 December 2006 — Saudi Arabia landed their first medal of the 15th Asian Games yesterday with the golden effort from bowlers Hassan Al-Sheikh and Bader Al-Sheikh in the men’s doubles final at the Doha Bowling Center here.
The bowling gold put the Kingdom in the medals table in the biennial multi-event competition featuring more than 10,000 athletes from 45 countries.
