MOSCOW: Russian troops have taken control of the villages of Hraniv in Ukraine’s northeastern Kharkiv region and of Vozdvyzhivka in the southeastern Zaporizhzhia region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Wednesday.
The ministry said that Russian forces had also shot down three Storm Shadow missiles, the RIA state news agency reported.
Reuters could not independently confirm the battlefield reports.
