MINA: The Saudi Data and AI Authority has activated its Mobile Operations Centers for the Hajj season. The centers are designed to support government agencies in the field by accelerating response times and enhancing decision-making through real-time data analysis and operational monitoring.
The centers provide an integrated operational environment that enables the authority and partner agencies to monitor field performance instantly across key locations and the holy sites.
The centers are equipped with smart cameras, interactive control panels, and advanced cybersecurity systems linked to the authority’s central digital infrastructure.
Using artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics, the centers integrate the operations of multiple government entities. This coordination enhances field efficiency, supports rapid responses to operational changes, and helps ensure a smoother and safer experience for pilgrims.
