Jordan’s crown prince highlights vocational training cooperation during Germany visit

BERLIN: Jordan’s Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah met Germany’s Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development Reem Alabali Radovan in Berlin on Friday, and the two sides discussed economic cooperation, vocational training and humanitarian support.

The crown prince expressed Jordan’s appreciation for its partnership with Germany in economic and humanitarian development and emphasized the kingdom’s interest in expanding exchanges of expertise in vocational and technical training.

He also highlighted the importance of Germany’s participation in the upcoming Jordan-EU Investment Conference, which is scheduled to take place in Jordan later this year.

The crown prince praised Germany’s support for several national projects, including Jordan’s National Water Conveyance Project and initiatives linked to advanced technical education.

Crown Prince Hussein and his wife Princess Rajwa later visited the ABB Training Center, one of Berlin’s largest industrial and vocational training centers.

The royal couple toured the facility’s workshops and production lines and received briefings on training programs focused on robotics, automation and digitalization.
