RIYADH: The Unified Security Operations Center in Makkah and Madinah has enhanced its services for this year’s Hajj pilgrims.
The center, which can be reached by calling 911, receives emergency security and humanitarian calls, deploys the latest technologies, and responds in two seconds.
Qualified and trained personnel who speak multiple languages operate the service.
All calls and reports are handled confidentially and referred to the relevant authorities without any liability for callers.
