With its debut fast approaching, the all-new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island is confirming reservations for first arrivals on May 20 to this oasis of pristine beaches, rolling sand dunes and a picture-perfect sand bank that stretches into a turquoise lagoon.

“This remarkable, emerging resort destination is shaping how regenerative luxury is defined,” says Adrian Messerli, president, Hotel Operations – Europe, Middle East and Africa. “We are excited to be part of this landmark project of Red Sea Global, our visionary partners in creating this unique Four Seasons experience.”

At Shura Island, regenerative tourism is paramount and a sustainability program began even as the resort was built on an island that runs entirely on renewable energy. World-renowned sustainability architects Foster + Partners envisioned a traditional desert caravan, setting the stage for a holistic odyssey through mountains, desert and sea.

Just half an hour from Red Sea International Airport, with direct flights from Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai and Doha, guests reach Shura Island via a scenic causeway.

Located on the island’s eastern tip with the longest stretch of beach, Four Seasons offers an intimate connection to nature across 149 rooms and suites.

The resort also features 31 Resort Residences with an additional 75 Private Residences also located on the nearby Shura Links golf course.

“Shura Island offers an incredible opportunity to discover the natural beauty of this pristine landscape and Saudi Arabia’s history and culture, without having to travel by boat or seaplane,” says Kai Dieckmann, general manager.

“At once a sophisticated couples retreat and a paradise of water and land activities for families and friends, Four Seasons welcomes you to nurture your connections to the natural beauty that surrounds us, and to one another, in this modern oasis of innovation and barefoot luxury.”

The resort showcases six dining options, including Levantine cuisine at Al Forn, the al fresco Spiaggia Restaurant & Pool, and Sea Green for plant-based cuisine and freshly baked breads.

The spa features indoor and outdoor treatment pavilions, a couples suite and a stone-clad hammam. Fitness facilities include a gym, tennis and padel courts, plus adults-only and family pools. Kids For All Seasons and the Teen Club cater to younger guests. The Marine Education Centre invites guests to learn about local sea life and join regenerative experiences. A ballroom hosts up to 120 guests for events and destination weddings.
