RIYADH: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received a written message from Shavkat Mirziyoyev, president of Uzbekistan, regarding relations between the two countries, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The message was received on behalf of the crown prince by Prince Faisal bin Farhan, the Saudi minister of foreign affairs, during a meeting on Sunday with Bakhtiyor Saidov, the Uzbek minister of foreign affairs, in Riyadh.

Waleed Al-Khuraiji, the Saudi deputy minister of foreign affairs, and Saud Al-Sati, the undersecretary of the ministry of foreign affairs for political affairs, attended the meeting.
