Sabre Corporation, a software and technology company powering the global travel industry, hosted a Technology Day in Jeddah, bringing together key stakeholders from the travel ecosystem, including airlines, agencies, and media representatives.

The event demonstrated Sabre’s latest innovations, underscoring the company’s commitment to Saudi Arabia and its investment in next-generation solutions for the evolving travel landscape.

During the event, Sabre showcased advanced travel technologies that support Saudi travel companies in meeting the expectations of tech-savvy travelers. Attendees witnessed live demonstrations of solutions like the multi-source platform, which streamlines content distribution, along with AI, NDC, and corporate travel technologies that enable travel providers to deliver personalized and seamless experiences.

The discussions also highlighted current travel trends in Saudi Arabia, emphasizing the rising influence of mobile technology in travel planning and bookings. Sabre’s solutions are designed to meet the demands of digitally engaged travelers, helping travel providers in the region enhance the customer experience.

“Sabre is committed to empowering Saudi Arabia’s travel marketplace with the technology and tools needed to thrive in this dynamic industry,” said Essa Al-Nasser, commercial regional director, Sabre Travel Network Middle East.

“Our investments in new offices, talent acquisition, and advanced solutions are a testament to the incredible potential we see in this area. We look forward to continuing our support for our partners as we work together to transform the travel experience for Saudi travelers.”

As part of its long-term strategy, Sabre is expanding its local presence by hiring new talent and establishing new offices. Last week, Sabre announced a new partnership with Riyadh Air to provide its SabreMosaic Offer Optimization technology, enabling the airline to become the first native digital carrier operating on an offer-and-order basis. This collaboration, alongside key partnerships with innovative companies like the leading digital Saudi company Almatar, and established leaders such as Kanoo Travel and Dnata, further demonstrates Sabre’s commitment to advancing the Kingdom’s travel industry.
