ADEN: The Kingdom’s aid agency KSrelief has been a beacon of hope for mine victims in Yemen.

Through its Prosthetic Limbs and Rehabilitation Center in Aden, the organization has provided essential services to thousands of individuals affected by the devastating conflict.

In the sixth phase of the project, from September 2023 to June 2024, the center provided prosthetic limbs, orthotic devices, and physiotherapy to 2,961 patients.

This included the provision of 413 new prosthetic limbs and the maintenance of 450.

KSrelief’s efforts include improving rehabilitation services, empowering local staff and ensuring the highest quality of care.

In addition, KSrelief’s Masam Project, dedicated to clearing mines in Yemen, has helped removed 458,477 devices from the country.

These initiatives reflect Saudi Arabia’s commitment to humanitarian aid for those affected by conflict worldwide.
