Disabled children’s summer program concludes in Al-Baha

AL-BAHA: Under the patronage of Al-Baha Gov. Prince Hussam bin Saud Al-Saud, the Children with Disability Association’s Khotwa Summer Club program came to a close in the presence of the region’s undersecretary, Dr. Abdul Moneim Al-Shehri.

The eight-day program aimed to provide a range of recreational, educational, social and craft activities for children with disabilities, enhancing their skills and developing their abilities in a supportive and encouraging environment, in partnership with several government and voluntary agencies.

The program’s diverse activities, designed to meet the needs of children with disabilities, benefited more than 25 boys and girls, giving them the opportunity to participate in educational workshops, recreational activities and social events aimed at integrating them into the community and boosting their self-confidence.
