RIYADH: The monitoring stations at the National Center for Earthquakes recorded 8 tremors across various parts of Syria in the past 24 hours the National Earthquake Center reported on Thursday.
According to the center it recorded three tremors in Hama, ranging in magnitude between 1.4 and 2.6, while four tremors hit in Latakia and Tartous, with a magnitude of between 1.6 and 3, in addition to a tremor of a magnitude of 1.5 in the northwestern Iskenderun district.
A 4.8 magnitude earthquake struck Syria on Monday night, injuring 65, with the tremors felt across Jordan and Lebanon.
