CAIRO: The Arab Administrative Development Organization successfully ran 180 training programs and awarded diplomas during the first half of this year.

The programs featured 780 trainees from ministries and organizations in several Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya, Yemen, Oman and Egypt, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

On Monday, the organization detailed the range of topics covered in the programs. Key areas of focus included developing skills for e-administration specialists, utilizing smart technology in measuring institutional performance, preparing administrative process engineering, leadership development, stress management, problem analysis and decision-making, and enhancing skills for senior management office directors.

Other significant subjects addressed were strategic thinking, the implementation of intelligent systems in education, strategic human resource management, advanced financial management, risk management in the government sector, modern auditing techniques, integrated skills in legal affairs and industrial security, and modern management of public relations, ceremonies and protocol.

The organization said the training initiatives were intended to equip participants with cutting-edge knowledge, skills and approaches in the administrative, financial, accounting, and information technology sectors. Additionally, the programs covered project management and professional certifications, all designed to enhance the performance of employees in their respective workplaces.
