PARIS: Fahd bin Mayouf Al-Ruwaili, Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to France, recently met with Vivette Lopez, French senator and secretary of the Foreign Affairs, Defense and Armed Forces Committee, and a member of the France-Gulf States Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group.
Two other members of the committee, senators Gisele Jourda and Evelyne Perrot, were also present at the meeting in Paris.
The meeting offered an opportunity for talks on the strategic partnership between the two countries, and “the economic, cultural and artistic cooperation between them in light of Saudi Vision 2030,” Al-Ruwaili, who is also permanent representative of the Kingdom to UNESCO, wrote in a post on X.
