RIYADH: Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, secretary-general of the Muslim World League and chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, recently met with Iran’s Ambassador to the Kingdom Alireza Enayati at the league’s branch office in Riyadh.
During the meeting, they discussed topics of mutual interest, including the significant role of the Charter of Makkah in promoting unity and understanding among different sects of Islam.
In another meeting, Al-Issa met with Syafruddin Kambo, deputy chairman of the Indonesian Mosque Council and vice president of the Malay Islamic World Secretariat.
