RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Culinary Arts Commission will organize an open meeting on Thursday titled “Innovation in Culinary Arts,” gathering practitioners, specialists and individuals interested in the culinary arts sector in the Kingdom.
The meeting aims to encourage innovation in the culinary arts sector and discuss the commission’s experience offering support to innovators in the field.
It will cover various topics, including a brief introduction to innovation in the kitchen, with examples. It will emphasize the importance of innovation and its role in development, with a primary focus on innovating traditional and heritage recipes, as well as Saudi flavors and ingredients. It aims to contribute to the widespread promotion of Saudi cuisine.
The meeting will also showcase innovative recipes and products, providing additional value to stakeholders and beneficiaries.
It is part of a series of events organized by the commission for professionals and individuals in the sector as part of the commission’s goal to serve as an industry-wide open communication channel.
The Saudi Culinary Arts Commission aims to grow the sector locally, regionally and internationally, including through the development of new ideas and insights.
