KSrelief continues humanitarian aid campaigns in Africa, Lebanon

RIYADH: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre continues to provide medical services and food packages to countries in need.

In Somalia, KSrelief implemented the Saudi Noor Voluntary Project to combat blindness and the diseases that cause it. Medical teams examined 1,340 patients, performed 180 surgeries, and distributed medical glasses.

The agency also distributed 500 food packages in Somalia, benefiting 3,000 people.

In Lebanon, the ambulance service of the association Subul Al-Salam, funded and supervised by KSrelef, continues to provide its services in the district of Miniyeh and northern Lebanon. The ambulance service carried a total of 63 missions last week.

In Khartoum, Sudan, KSrelief distributed 800 cartons of dates for displaced people.
