ABU DHABI: The foreign minister of the UAE met the secretary-general of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, the Emirates News Agency reported.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and Hussein Al-Sheikh discussed international efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza, and the humanitarian crisis in the region in the wake of Israel’s conflict with Hamas in the enclave.
