Corsale has also worked at Round Hill Capital, where he held multiple roles, including SVP of investments and head of structure finance for special initiatives.
Within this position, he led and orchestrated the sourcing, underwriting and acquisition of private equity transactions while advising business lines on acquisitions and recapitalizations. Corsale also established the corporate Italian office, where he subsequently became country head.
From 2013-2015, he was a partner at Chalkhill Partners LLP, where he assisted institutional investors and led on structuring investment opportunities across the capital structure.
He was also responsible for business development with a specific focus on alternative real asset classes, namely infrastructure and renewable energy.
Corsale holds a master of science in economics from Universita Bocconi, Italy.
