RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has distributed 6,000 cartons of dates to the most needy families in Yemen’s Marib, benefiting 36,000 people.
The center also distributed 10,021 food baskets to the most vulnerable groups in Mauritania’s Nouakchott, benefiting some 60,126 people.
KSrelief officials likewise delivered a variety of food aid to Madagascar.
General Elack Olivier Andriakaja, the director general of Madagascar's National Office for Risk and Disaster Management, expressed appreciation for the humanitarian assistance provided by the center.
The assistance is part of Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian and relief plan for countries and peoples in need around the world.
