Savvy Games Group, a games and esports company founded to drive the long-term growth and development of esports and the wider games industry worldwide, has announced the appointment of Saleh Alfadhel as chief financial officer.
Alfadhel brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting to his new role, having served most recently as the group chief financial officer at Saudia, the national carrier and one of the largest airlines in the Middle East. He has also served as a member of many listed and close joint stock companies’ boards and audit committees, including Riyadh Airports, Flyadeal and AXA insurance.
In his new role, Alfadhel will oversee Savvy Games Group’s financial strategy and operations, sitting on the executive team to drive the company’s growth and profitability.
Savvy is 100 percent owned by Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, PIF.
