‘Riverman’
NEOM is to host the filming of the upcoming Hollywood thriller “Riverman,” a high-impact action feature written and directed by Academy Award-winning screenwriter and director Terry George.

‘Kandahar’
Hollywood star Gerard Butler’s upcoming action thriller “Kandahar,” set for release on May 26, was shot in AIUla region.

‘The Matchmaker’
Netflix’s Saudi psychological thriller “The Matchmaker,” which stars actors Hussam Alharthy, Nour Al-Khadra and Reem Al-Habib, was also shot in AlUla.

‘Dunki’
Saudi Arabia did not just attract US production houses — Bollywood filmmakers also have their eyes on the Kingdom. “Dunki,” starring Shah Rukh Khan, is also being filmed in NEOM.

‘Cherry’
Scenes from the 2021 US movie “Cherry,” directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, were shot in AlUla and Riyadh. It was a first for Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with Film AlUla.

In 2021, British director and screenwriter Rupert Wyatt’s “Desert Warrior” was filmed in NEOM and Tabuk. The action-filled feature was a partnership between MBC Studios, US-based JB Pictures and AGC Studios.
