Sarah Al-Ghsoun is a senior strategic communication and business development professional with over 14 years of experience in advancing organizations to success through the execution of plans and strategies.

Sarah served as a strategic advisor and communicator to C-Suite executives and board members, enabling them to provide solutions to critical decisions.

Her objective is to promote Saudi corporate and government businesses around the world in line with Vision 2030.

Sarah is currently chief of staff for the special advisor for the Ministry for Tourism. Her efforts include leading a team of 22 employees and consultants. She contributes in hiring, training and evaluating to achieve the strategy of the department projects.

Sarah is responsible for the implementation and development of ongoing initiatives through communication and engagements with other countries and International organizations.

She was involved in preparations for the ministry's participation in COP26, EU Parliament, International Climate Weeks, COP27, World Travel & Tourism Council, COP28, New York Climate Week and MENA Climate Week.

Prior to that, she was the head of communications at Alnahdah Society, where she spearheaded the societies strategic relationships with vendors and partners.

She also managed the Alnahda podcast project, including its strategy, branding, and content as well as the Alnahda Webinar project.

Al-Ghsoun was the head of advocacy at Princess Al-Anood Foundation. She also worked as a trainer for the National Center for E-Learning & Distance Learning, where she was involved in the development of training programs and assisted faculty members in virtual and realistic training classes.

Sarah also worked as an admin assistant at The Royal Clinics of King Abdullah, where she supported senior leadership by developing status reports on activities related to planning, scheduling and resourcing.

Al-Ghsoun finished an HBS Alumni Program of Leadership Development, also known as PLD, an accelerated alternative to an executive MBA (EMBA) from Harvard Business School. She holds a Bachelor's in English literature and art from King Saud University.
