Parker’s, an American restaurant in Riyadh, is offering a special Ramadan menu titled "Recipes from the Heart," with outstanding, homey, and cozy ambience, and outdoor sofa sets and décor, perfect for the cooler weather this year.
Located in the diplomatic quarter, this branch with its outdoor garden view is one of Parker’s best branches in the Kingdom.
Iftar at Parker’s is served alongside a beautiful sunset and a panoramic view of the city. As customers enter the restaurant, they are handed a basket containing a prayer mat, Arabic coffee cups, an Arabic coffee pot, and a card game.
Parker’s is creatively blending traditional food with a modern twist, and for this year’s special Ramadan menu, Parker’s is offering traditional food including Saleeg with a fragrant, green curry mixture, murtabak stuffed with Indian chicken butter, and quinoa dolma stuffed with tamarind and sukkari dates.
Parker’s included Samosa in its special Ramadan menu for this year, but it’s not a regularly stuffed one, instead, it is stuffed with Kashkaval cheese, and labneh with hot pepper.
On the healthy, yet delicious side, Parker’s is offering a variety of salads for those hoping to maintain or lose weight in Ramadan. On its salad menu, Parker’s is including a special Kale salad, and a dried lime salad, with a sweet and sour taste.
For sweet tooth people, Parker’s is bringing back kleicha, stuffed with kiri cheese, and for Hanini, a Saudi desert, made of dates, and brown flour, with a sprinkle of popular species including cardamom and saffron.
Aside from Parker’s special Ramadan menu, there are food stands throughout the outdoor sitting area offering freshly made bread, drinks, and sweets.
In bringing Ramadan vibes, Parker’s included a few games in the outdoor area, such as carrom, the traditional Indian board game loved by Saudis.
Parker’s welcomes customers for iftar from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Food lovers can book a table through the Chefz app.
