RIYADH: Information and communications technology firm Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. has set the price range for its initial public offering at SR165-185 ($44-$49) per share, as it kicked off the book-building period on Tuesday.
The book-building process for institutional investors, which will end on Oct. 24, will be led by Saudi Fransi Capital, according to a bourse filing.
Also known as 2P, the company has previously said it aims to raise up to $1 billion from its IPO in Saudi Arabia.
2P will list about 30 percent of its shares on the Kingdom's main stock market, with trading expected to begin in November.
