Fahad Almaghrabi is the head of business partnerships and global business solutions for Saudi Arabia at TikTok, the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
As part of his role, Almaghrabi leads business marketing solutions across all TikTok business products in the Kingdom.
He has over 16 years of experience in marketing communications strategies, creative development, media planning and buying, sales promotion and digital and social channels management.
Almaghrabi has led teams at local and global companies such as the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, Initiative, Volkswagen, Mindshare, the Saudi Tourism Authority and Mobily.
Before joining TikTok, he was Mobily’s general manager for communication channels. His responsibilities included developing communication strategies and overseeing the evaluation and execution of paid, owned, retail, and direct marketing campaigns as well as the development and management of digital and social channels.
Almaghrabi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 2007.
He was awarded the silver ranking for the New Best Use of an Influencer in the Festival of Media MENA Awards in 2017 and the Best Arabic PPC Campaign in the MENA Search Awards in 2019.
In July, TikTok under Almaghrabi hosted the first edition of their #ForYou Summit in Riyadh, bringing together over 300 attendees including C-level advertisers and marketers, content creators, and leading brands and agencies in the Kingdom.
The event featured a locally-tailored series of predominantly Arabic-language sessions hosted by leading TikTok experts, demonstrating the company’s commitment to the Saudi market and its investment in building a world-class local team.
