RIYADH: Jazan Energy and Development Co. has announced the resignation of its CEO Bedor Nasser Al-Rashoudi due to “her personal reasons,”, it said in a bourse filing.
The resignation of Al-Rashoudi will take effect on Nov. 1 with her continuation as a board member.
Jazadco will announce any further developments relating to the appointment of a new CEO in due course.
