RIYADH: The Saudi Real Estate Co., known as ALAKARIA, announced that the first two phases of Al Akaria Park, representing 55 percent of its residential lands, have been reserved.
Located in Riyadh, the first and second phases of the project include 1,778 residential plots, according to a statement by the Tadawul-listed developer.
It said in a filing to the Saudi Exchange that the project is expected to be completed by the end of February 2024.
