RIYADH: Academy of Learning Co. has published its registration document for a direct listing on Saudi Arabia’s parallel market Nomu at SR40 ($11) per share, the company’s financial advisor Aldukheil Financial Group stated.
The Dammam-based company looks to list 6 million shares on Nomu, with the trading set to be confined to qualified investors, it said in a statement.
The company hasn’t disclosed the final trading debut date as yet.
On May 26, the educational firm received the Capital Market Authority’s approval for the registration of its shares for a direct listing.
Academy of Learning operates in the Saudi education and training sector through 12 educational institutes across Dammam, Al Khobar, Al Ahsa, Al Jubail, and Qatif.
