RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received a number of phone calls on Tuesday from Muslim leaders in celebration of the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
One of them was from Bahrain’s King Hamad, who exchanged Eid greetings with the prince. Other callers included Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
In addition to sharing best wishes for Eid, Sharif thanked the crown prince for the warm welcome and hospitality he and his delegation received during his recent visit to the Kingdom. He spent three days in Saudi Arabia last week as part of his first foreign trip since taking office last month.
