RIYADH: Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture has called for investments in four agricultural projects aimed at enhancing the Kingdom’s food security.
The projects in Makkah, Qassim and Jazan seek to produce high quality vegetables and fruits, Al-Eqtisadiah reported.
The project also include a green house in Al-Qassim, sheep breeding and fattening in Jazan, and the establishment of a horse veterinary hospital in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
