RIYADH: Umm Al-Qura Development & Construction Co. has partnered with Kaden Investment Co. to develop and manage the $27 billion mega project Masar Makkah, located in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
Kaden previously developed and operates commercial and office destinations in the Riyadh Front project, Saudi Press Agency reported.
Masar Makkah features services and amenities to serve Makkah residents, visitors and pilgrims and facilitate their access to the Grand Mosque.
