Kenya supports Saudi Arabia’s request to host World Expo 2030 in Riyadh

RIYADH: Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta expressed his country’s full support for Saudi Arabia’s request to host the Expo 2030 in Riyadh based on the distinguished relations between the two countries, Saudi Press Agency reported on Wednesday.
Kenyatta made the comments during a meeting with Ahmed Kattan, adviser at the Saudi Royal Court, and his accompanying delegation.
Kattan conveyed greetings from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and their and their wishes for further progress and prosperity for the Kenyan government and people, while Kenyatta reciprocated the sentiments.

Kattan expressed the Saudi government’s gratitude and appreciation for Kenya’s support.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them in all fields and discussed the latest regional and international developments.
Kattan also met with Kenyan Foreign Minister Raychelle Omamo during his visit to the capital, Nairobi.
