RIYADH: International boutique consultancy firm Hict signed an agreement with Alfaisal University in Riyadh. The signing was held in the presence of Hict CEO Jan Demey; Dr. Mashael Al-Rujaib, managing consultant at Hict regional headquarters in Riyadh; and Dr. Khaled Al-Kattan, vice dean of Alfaisal University and dean of the College of Medicine.
The deal will align both organizations and create a dynamic agreement of collaboration. Within this collaboration, the expertise of both parties will be leveraged and expanded to provide added value to the Saudi healthcare market.
The agreement will boost Hict’s dedication to the MENA market. Having been active in Saudi Arabia for more than 12 years, Hict was recently chosen as one of the first international companies to open a privately owned regional headquarters in the Kingdom.
The combination of Hict’s international expertise with the know-how and experience of Hict’s local consultancy team as well as local partners will help support the transition toward Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
Al-Kattan said that the partnership “will provide a valuable learning opportunity for the university’s students and complement its undergraduate and graduate health economics courses.”
Al-Rujaib said: “Through this partnership, Alfaisal University will provide the academic platform, while Hict will become the internship site, opening more opportunities for market and business-oriented training in the Kingdom.”
