YAOUNDE: Prime Minister of the Republic of Cameroon Joseph Dion Ngute received adviser to the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia, Ahmad bin Abdul Aziz Qattan, and his accompanying delegation in Yaounde on Tuesday.
Qattan conveyed the greetings of the Saudi leadership and its wishes of progress and prosperity to the government and people of Cameroon.
The prime minister expressed Cameroon’s support for Saudi Arabia’s bid to host the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh. He also affirmed that Cameroon stands with Saudi Arabia on various issues aimed at achieving security and stability in Africa.
Qattan expressed the thanks and appreciation of the Kingdom for this support, which reflects the historical relations between the two countries.
They also reviewed bilateral ties and ways of enhancing and developing them in all fields, in addition to discussing the latest regional and international issues of common interest.
