Who’s Who: Wael Alsaggaf, co-founder and CEO of RMZ Holding Company

Wael Alsaggaf is co-founder and CEO of RMZ Holding Company, a position he has held since 2019. He manages five leading companies in their respective fields, helping to achieve predetermined objectives.
He was appointed as CEO of the Saudi Al-Ahli Club in 2021.
In his current roles, he demonstrates capacities in forming and leading work teams, making decisions and having effective communication skills, optimizing the use of available resources and forming agile management systems to build progress.
Before now, he was a member of the board of the Directorate for Health Affairs, assigned to the Command and Control Center at the Ministry of Health from 2014 to 2018 and serving in a number of management positions. During that time, he served as assistant director of Health Affairs of Information and Communication Technology in Jeddah, implementing a number of strategic projects.
Alsaggaf started his career in 2006 at the Saudi Ministry of Health as an operations manager, analyzing and improving organizational processes, and working to improve quality, productivity and efficiency. He later served in other management positions within the ministry.
He is completing a DBA in international relations at Liberty University, US.
Alsaggaf earned a master’s degree in business administration from American University, US, in 2021.
He received a Project Management Professional certification in Saudi Arabia in 2011.
Before that, he earned a bachelor’s degree in geophysics from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia, in 2001.
