Saudi Arabia’s Petro Rabigh appointed Ibrahim Q. Al-Buainain as the company’s chairman, while Othman A. Al-Ghamdi was designated to be Petro Rabigh’s president and chief executive officer, the company revealed in a filing.
The board of directors resolution is issued for the new 3 years cycle starting 3 November 2021.
