UAE Pro League extends validity of COVID-19 test results to 96 hours

DUBAI:  The UAE Pro League announced it will increase the validity of the COVID-19 test results to 96 hours for fans attending matches, state news agency WAM reported.
The decision covers all matches of the ADNOC Pro League, the Pro League Cup and Super Cup.
Earlier only fans who had taken the coronavirus test less than 48 hours were allowed to attend matches.
The new decision allows more people to watch matches in stadiums, while following the health measures laid down by the authorities.
Those attending the games must install Al-Hosn application and must have taken the third vaccination dose.
Fans also need to present a negative nasal swab test result if they have not completed six months since receiving the second coronavirus dose.
