Public Investment Fund hires Tony Hage as head of global private equity

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund hired Tony Hage as the head of global private equity.

Hage joined the Kingdom’s wealth fund last month, replacing Kevin O’Donnell who was set to leave the role in July, according to information on his LinkedIn profile.

Before joining the PIF, Hage spent three years as a senior adviser at US-based Mercer Investments. He also worked as managing director in a number of companies, including Konstellation, Axis Strategic Partners, and Bliss Capital.

This happens as the sovereign fund looks to expand its reach, with the announcement of senior hires in recent months.
