Hekmatyar warns New Delhi: India should not use Afghan soil against Pakistan

August 23: The News reported that former prime minister of Afghanistan and Hezb-e-Islami chief Gulbuddin Hekmatyar on Sunday said India should focus on its internal issues instead of issuing statements about the future of Afghanistan.
