Royal Saudi Air Force commander honors distinguished pilot

RIYADH: The commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF), Lt. Gen. Turki bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz honored Air Force pilot, Maj. Ali bin Dhafer Al-Qarni, on Sunday.

This move comes after Al-Qarni completed 2,500 flight hours on board the Typhoon Aircraft System and scoring the second highest number of flight hours on this system in the world.

Al-Qarni was awarded with the Perfection Medal for the second time, along with the Air Force Shield and a certificate of thanks and appreciation.
