Saudi authorities allocate prayer area in Makkah to interpret Friday sermon in sign language

JEDDAH: Saudi Arabia’s General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has allocated a prayer hall to interpret the Friday sermon (khutbeh) into sign language.
The area is located in the King Fahd Extension chapel on the first floor opposite Bridge 64 and will provide services for people with hearing disabilities.
