RIYADH: The Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) said that the regulation on job-seeking subsidy, which was approved by the Cabinet on Tuesday, will increase the efficiency of capacity-building and training offered by Hadaf to job seekers, along with their readiness to enter the market.
Hadaf noted that the new regulation aims to support and motivate job seekers, increase the efficiency of services and training programs provided to them. It will also support beneficiaries in job searches by providing them with new opportunities.
The fund added that the changes will allow workers to update their data electronically and access their confidential data. It will also allow categories that do not benefit from the regulation’s financial support to receive the training and employment services provided by Hadaf.
The fund will continue to financially support people currently benefiting from the job-seeking subsidy and the allocation for difficulty
in finding employment programs until the end of the fixed period.
