Grillfull is a Saudi restaurant in Jeddah that offers rotisserie-style grilled chicken sourced fresh from local farms.
Grillfull’s chicken is marinated overnight in three flavors, including herbal, smoky and spicy profiles, and then undergoes a slow cooking process for about two hours.
This produces a crispy golden skin and tender, juicy meat with outstanding flavor — a must-try if you enjoy food with a kick.
Each order — a half or full chicken — arrives in a box with fresh potato chips, brioche bread and two choices of sauce.
Grillfull also offers sandwiches, salads and a variety of sides, including coleslaw, which the restaurant has adapted by adding dried cranberries and green apples.
Most of the food is suitable for those who follow a keto or normal diet. Grillfull also offers tempura-fried cauliflower with special wasabi dressing that serves as an excellent replacement for potato chips and bread.
The restaurant’s juice range is also rich in flavor. The Koja punch is a mix of pineapple, hibiscus, lemon zest and a touch of ginger.
For dessert, Grillfull offers banana pudding and creamy velvety custard mixed with homemade banana bread, topped with smoked caramelized nuts and salted caramel.
