RIYADH: The Saudi Human Rights Commission (HRC) and Alwaleed Philanthropies will launch a set of joint training programs and workshops on Sunday on the World Day of Social Justice.

This comes as part of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed by the two parties that aims to empower women and youth in the Kingdom, and solve challenges that they face on the economic and societal development level.

The MoU programs are part of HRC’s objective to enhance cooperation between national and international societies, organizations, and institutions working in the field of human rights.

These programs also aim to boost cooperation between civil society organizations, the cornerstone of work in the field of human rights, and contribute in developing and spreading awareness.
