Saudi interior minister launches new security centers

Saudi Interior Minister Prince Abdul Aziz bin Saud bin Naif inaugurated new Saudi security centers in a virtual meeting on Sunday.

The new facilities will serve the General Directorate for Narcotics Control and the General Directorate for Prisons in Riyadh, as well as the leadership of the Special Force for Environmental Security in the regions of Riyadh and Makkah.

During the event, Prince Abdul Aziz viewed a documentary on 23 other projects within the fourth phase of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques project to develop security centers, in which the completion rate reached 89 percent.

The project aims to develop and equip security centers with cutting-edge technology and raise the level of security forces to meet the challenges of the future.
