DUBAI: Kuwait’s Health Minister Abdullah Al-Sanad said they have not yet detected any cases of the new COVID-19 strain, state news agency KUNA reported.

Kuwait reported 236 new coronavirus cases, raising the total number to 150,093 on Tuesday, but the death toll remained at 932 after zero coronavirus-related deaths were recorded.
The country does not expect to extend travel restrictions which are due to expire on Jan. 1.
