CAIRO: Senior officials from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the UAE have met on Thursday to discuss developments of the Syrian crisis and ways to resolve it.

The Egyptian Foreign Ministry said the meeting included senior officials at the foreign ministries of the participating countries.

The statement said resolutions for the Syrian crisis have been discussed in accordance with Security Council Resolution No. 2254, in a manner that preserves the unity and territorial integrity of Syria.
