Dr. Ibrahim Dhahi Al-Dhahi has been the chair of investment and a member of the analytical board at the International Center for Strategic Partnership of the Moscow-based International Intergovernmental Organization since September.

He is the founder, CEO and owner of Brokers United Limited for finance, investment and trade, Gulf Pioneers International Recruitment Company, Al-Fanar International Group, London Academy of Training and Employment as well as Massar Import and Export Company. He is also an authorized agent for Kombat military vehicles.

In 1989, Al-Dhahi joined the Ministry of National Guard where he worked as a teacher at all academic levels and in all educational and administrative positions, including student counseling, administration and supervision.

Al-Dhahi was appointed director of the educational affairs department of the National Guard in the eastern sector in March 2001.

He also achieved qualitative leaps in developing education in Dammam and Al-Ahsa cities in the Eastern Province, where he restructured the educational administration and created new departments, units, centers and divisions to improve the quality of education.

Al-Dhahi’s contributions as an educational director include establishing a center in the National Guard to train male and female teachers in addition to administrative staff members of the National Guard schools.

Al-Dhahi founded centers for educational supervision for women in girls’ schools of the Eastern Province, and linked these schools directly to the centers. Using the latest methods of measurement, he set up a center to support talented females.
