LONDON: Saudi Arabia announced 29 more deaths from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and 481 new cases of the disease on Friday.
Of the new cases, 40 were recorded in Jeddah, 37 in Madinah, 31 in Hail, 28 in Riyadh, 27 in Hufof and 18 in Makkah.
The total number of recoveries in the Kingdom increased to 320,348 after 602 more patients recovered from the virus.
A total of 4,823 people have succumbed to the virus in the Kingdom so far.
