DUBAI: Private schools in Jordan reopen next month with assurances that all coronavirus precautionary measures will be fulfilled to keep students and staff safe, state news agency Petra reported.
Education Minister Tayseer Nuaimi said non-curricular activities remain suspended in all schools across the country in accordance with health protocols. He added that the ministry will follow up with the supervision teams the extent of schools’ compliance with these rules.
Jordan’s total number of coronavirus infections now stand at 1,869 after 800,446 tests have been conducted.
